The queen room came with coffee pods, fresh towels, and a balcony. The location was fantastic, near the Riverwalk, restaurants, and shops. Downtown - Riverwalk district was a great place to stay in.

The hotel was reasonably clean and had great value for money rooms. The room I booked was not cleaned carpet and available with soap, bar and climate control. Especially helpful and fabulously helpful staff, they had a shuttle to down town. Location: the property was next to the River Walk smack dab between the shops, and a sit down restaurant serving on actual plates and using real silverware.

For our stay in July 2012, the location and the good price we got on the Riverwalk was very good. The hotel is old and every effort hasb been made to upgrade it. It was a nice room all in all. I am happy and enjoyed it.
The parking lot. There was parking but it was small, cramped, hard to find a spot, had to wait for someone to leave to get their space, had to squeeze in unmarked spots that were way too little and had to share the lot with all kind of police cars. The a/c was loud and you either had it on or off.

Staff were wonderful, bed was comfy, view was delightful!
The toilet leaked when you flushed (not a huge inconvenience, just noticeable). Pool side beverages were majorly over priced. Self parking was not worth the 16 per night, could not find a parking spot at all.

really nothing
you could hear every conversation the people in the rooms next to you would have, there really wasn't any privacy in that matter. the bathrooms did not look like they where cleaned very well, almost as if they just sprayed the cleaner and rinsed it off. the room also did not smell good at all, even from right when we walked in there was moldy smell that seemed to come from the AC unit. and when we turned the unit up in the morning to make it a little warmer we left it that way for the day, when we returned from our day the room had an even worse smell that it had when we first arrived. over all not worth it, i would spend a little more money and get something that was closer the riverwalk (even though this place is on the riverwalk, it really isn't close to anything that you will want to do in your day. about a 15 minute walk to everything worth seeing) so again over all not worth it, spend a little more money and get a better hotel that is actually on the riverwalk or don't try and stay in the river walk at all if you are really trying to save the money, this hotel is not worth it and i will never stay there agin.
